Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of promptlink.in and the PromptLink service ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

PromptLink lets you turn an AI prompt into a shareable link. Anyone with the link can view the prompt and open it in a third-party AI tool (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) of their choice. PromptLink is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these third-party tools or the responses they generate.

2. Accounts

You can use PromptLink as a guest (a temporary, anonymous session) or by signing in with Google or an email and password. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Plans and billing

• Free plan: 5 prompt links per month, links expire after 7 days, no analytics.
• Pro plan: ₹49/month, billed in advance and auto-renewed monthly through Razorpay until you cancel. Includes 100 prompt links per month, links that never expire, and full analytics.

You can cancel your Pro subscription any time from Dashboard → Settings. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellation and billing works.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts you create. By creating a prompt link, you grant us a license to host and display that content so the sharing feature works — for as long as the link exists. Anyone with a shared link can view its content; don't put confidential or sensitive information in a prompt you intend to share.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use PromptLink to create or share prompts that are illegal, infringe someone else's rights, or are used to abuse, spam, or attack others or our systems. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for the content, availability, or output of third-party AI tools linked from PromptLink, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use PromptLink after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
